The job:

  • Support of the Trends & Consumer Insights team in day-to-day business, especially in the collection, analysis, processing and maintenance of consumer data
  • Creation of online questionnaires
  • Support for data analysis
  • Reporting, i.e. preparation of presentations as part of the preparation of results
  • Summary and derivation of relevant findings
  • Evaluation of various market research data
  • Independent implementation of smaller projects
  • Desk Research
  • Maintenance of databases

 

The profile:

  • Study of economics, social sciences, communication sciences or psychology or a course of studies with empirical background and at least 2 semesters completed
  • Ideally first practical experience in market research or data analysis
  • Duration: min. 6 months, max. 20 hours per week
  • Possible start time: from now on
  • Very good English, written and oral
  • Analytical thinking skills and fun in dealing with numbers and evaluating data
  • Knowledge of strategic analysis methods and statistical instruments, good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Conscientiousness and accuracy
  • Team spirit and commitment as well as enthusiasm for decorative cosmetics and trends are desirable.

In the Research & Innovation team, we are always on the lookout for the newest and hottest raw materials and technologies for trends and cosmetics. Always keeping their finger on the pulse of the times, our trend scouts travel the fashion capitals of the world in search of the latest trends – from fashion to lifestyle, from the streets straight onto the catwalks, local or global. Our creative input serves to provide Product Development with a basis to develop new and innovative collections. Perfectly tailored cosmetics for young, trend-conscious consumers are created in our in-house laboratory – partially in collaboration with our strategic partners.
