As a Support Manager Regional Markets, you work in a highly dynamic, cross-functional team that develops regional POS, product assortments and communication measures for our international markets.

 

The Job:

  • Supporting the team in analyzing our essence and CATRICE brands as well as the competitive environment in each region
  • Maintenance of internal databases (e.g., Product Information Management System)
  • Preparation and operational handling of marketing materials (e.g., sales presentation, text strips, POS visuals)
  • Operational implementation of smaller regional POS solutions (planogram adjustments)
  • Assistance in the planning and implementation of international communication activities

 

The profile:

  • You have successfully completed your commercial education or business studies and you were then able to gain initial work experience
  • You are characterized by a structured and conscientious working style as well as organizational talent
  • You have a high degree of system affinity and enjoy the use of numbers
  • You have a team-oriented personality with openness and high flexibility for change
  • For the exchange with our international partners very good English skills are essential, further knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage

Our Marketing teams are responsible for the development of every single essence, CATRICE and L.O.V product. Approximately 1,000 new and trendy products are developed each year. Starting with market analysis to the initial drafts to placement of the product in stores, Marketing handles each step in the creation of every single product. The range of tasks is therefore extremely multi-facetted, creative and at the same time analytical. A briefing provides a clear idea of the product character and design. One of the special features of our Marketing department is that Product Management directly handles product purchasing as well as price negotiations for the initial production. External suppliers are selected by our colleagues during the development process and then carry out the final product production. Furthermore, close and regular contact is maintained with neighboring departments such as Trade Marketing, Communication and Sales.
