The job:

  • Regular creation of management reports and profitability calculations for the management
  • Autonomous creation of deviation analysis, including recommendations for action
  • Active participation in the monthly/annual financial statements (HGB and IFRS) as well as in budget and forecast processes
  • Further development of management reports e.g. in the direction of dashboards / cockpits and optimization of internal analysis
  • Participation in internal projects (e.g. further development of own IT systems) as well as in the production of ad-hoc analysis
  • Controlling interface of international cosnova companies/subsidiaries
  • Business partner for the departments and management

 

The profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration/economics, ideally with vari­ous internships and international experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the controlling area
  • Industry experience in consumer goods is a plus (FMCG)
  • High analytical competence and process understanding with the drive to continuously improve existing analysis and to break new ground
  • Structured independent work, self-initiative and sense of responsibility
  • Strong teamplayer
  • Openness for new topics and projects
  • Communication skills and assertiveness
  • Fluent, very good spoken and written English is essential within the team and international structure
  • Very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel, as well as very good SAP and BI know­ledge, Cognos or Infor advantageous

Finance & Controlling

In Finance & Controlling we deal with numbers, data and facts. We are the first contact in the company when it comes to questions regarding product and customer profitability, budgets, key figures and ratios. Furthermore, we consider ourselves as business partners and support our colleagues in Sales, Marketing, Logistics and other departments with business analyses. In addition, we help our General Management in steering the company. Every Euro being processed in the company is monitored by our team and kept in our books. On top, our task is to manage the cash flow and all other financial aspects of the entire cosnova Beauty Group.
