The job:

  • Support and manage some of our distributors and direct customers in Latin America
  • Take responsibility for turnover and budget, sales planning and implementation of our sales activities
  • Support in development of existing distribution and in expansion into new markets in the context of our international growth plans
  • Creation of regular market analyzes and competitive observations as well as development of the correct price positioning of our brands in the respective countries
  • Competent support of our sales partners and ensuring that new ranges are promptly introduced in the countries and that our products are optimally presented at the POS


The profile:

  • Successfully completed business studies with at least 4 years of professional experience in key account management preferably in Latin American countries
  • Furthermore, experience in the dynamic field of beauty and/or FMCG and in collaboration with different cultures / mentalities is a necessary requirement
  • Good communication skills complemented by initiative, teamwork, commitment and willingness to travel
  • Independent working methods, quick comprehension and excellent analytical skills
  • Very good English skills are required, business fluent Spanish language skills would be an advantage

The Key Account teams are responsible for expanding our market position and for the global distribution of our entire brand portfolio. Our sales channels are drugstores, perfumeries, food retailers, department stores, fashion retailers as well as online sales channels.
In addition, we run our own online shops for our brands essence, Catrice and L.O.V.
In our trusting collaboration with the retailers and our international distributors, we discuss our strategic marketing concepts and the process optimization in order to drive sales. Our brands are now already available in more than 80 countries and are managed from our head office in Sulzbach.

Our Internal Sales team is the contact for our clients and distributors regarding any questions about offers, the opening of new branches, joint advertising in all media channels, listing data and much more. cosnova Beauty does not have its own sales force out on the field, but works with external agencies to handle third-party business instead.
