As Team-Assistant you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Support the Director and team members of our Innovation Hub Team in organizational and administrative tasks
  • Planning and organization of internal appointments, presentations and meetings as well as worldwide travel organization of team colleagues
  • Travel budget responsibility of the Innovation Hub Team
  • Preparation and follow-up of trade fair visits and store check trips
  • Support of the respective teams in various projects
  • Creation of presentations
  • International business correspondence
  • Interface to other departments and team assistants to ensure a smooth collaboration

 

The profile:

  • Vocational training with minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Team Assistant
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills as well as very good communication skills
  • You enjoy working in a team
  • You show initiative and a highly service-driven mindset as well as flexibility
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Independent office organization
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written, is essential due to our internationality

In the Research & Innovation team, we are always on the lookout for the newest and hottest raw materials and technologies for trends and cosmetics. Always keeping their finger on the pulse of the times, our trend scouts travel the fashion capitals of the world in search of the latest trends – from fashion to lifestyle, from the streets straight onto the catwalks, local or global. Our creative input serves to provide Product Development with a basis to develop new and innovative collections. Perfectly tailored cosmetics for young, trend-conscious consumers are created in our in-house laboratory – partially in collaboration with our strategic partners.
