The job:

  • Collaboration in the entire area of HR administration – from entry to leaving employment
  • Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates and references
  • Maintenance of the personnel information system and administration of personnel files
  • Administration of absences
  • Support in applicant management

 

The profile:

  • Commercial training – desirable with focus on Human Resources
  • Ideally two years of working experience
  • Systematic and conscientious way of working with highest discretion and service orientation
  • Very good communication skills and understanding of processes
  • Very good MS Office and good command of the English language
