The job:

  • Develop and implement a marketplace strategy on international level for cosnova
  • Build a sustainable profitable business for cosnova brands on platforms like Tmall, Amazon and other appropriate marketplaces
  • Ensure that products and content displayed on web shop/sites  match consumer and shopper needs at every point on the shopper journey
  • Support the operations of the web shop and focus on improving operating results and processes
  • Transfer the best possible e-commerce experience for our products available to our retail partners and support their efforts to build their e-commerce business with cosnova brands
  • Develop attractive solutions to our e-commerce trade partners and ensure they are being shared and monetarized for cosnova
  • Track and analyze consumer and shopper behavior via our Websites and -shops
  • Close exchange/interface management with the other departments within the Digital Commerce branch, especially with the Consumer Experience & Engagement Team
  • Close networking to internal departments and respective agencies
  • Provide input for the new technological platform from a B2C business perspective
  • Generate new insights with regard to e-commerce for decorative cosmetics
  • Guide the evolution of internal cosnova processes to serve the needs of e-commerce activities
  • Lead and develop the B2C team


The profile:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree, Master preferred in business, e-commerce or equivalent/relevant academic qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in web shop management and/or experience with operating marketplaces like Amazon
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leadership with different direct reports
  • In depth expert know how in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent English
  • Strong bias for data–driven decision making
  • Proactive and organized with a strict appreciation for deadlines
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment
