The job:

  • Conduct analysis for market research, user testing, business cases, or impact drivers together with Analysts and UX Specialists to develop a fundamental customer understanding (about their needs and desires)
  • Evaluate, prioritize and analyze features and functions along selected areas of the Digital Commerce Platform to support the product & platform vision
  • Create User Stories, Wireframes and functional requirements to visualize ideas
  • Develop, manage and prioritize of product backlog regarding the company and project goals together with Development and Operations Team
  • Plan and execute projects to improve the usability and experience of features and functions along selected areas of the Digital Commerce Platform
  • Be accountable for the definition and development of relevant KPIs of the area of responsibility
  • Competent challenger for other stakeholders in questions of performance and improvement of features and functions of selected areas of the digital commerce platform
  • Deep and ongoing cooperation with internal and external stakeholder to ensure a clear, transparent and fast information and journey flow

 

The profile:

  • Academic degree in economics, business, IT or equivalent/related qualification
  • Approx. 5 years of professional working experience in the area of Digital Commerce, especially UX / CX
  • Fundamental working experience as a product owner in Digital Commerce for the fields BROWSE, SEARCH and/or CHECKOUT
  • Profound experience in project management and process optimization
  • High interest in Digital Commerce topics and related technical areas
  • Excellent analytical thinking capacity
  • Well-structured working approach
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities
  • Professional skills in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint and reporting-tools
  • Fluent in English and German
