The job:

  • Identify and create shopper segments, their business value and their individual shopping behavior.
  • Understand and describe the customer journey of shoppers of any cosnova product through any online and offline touchpoints.
  • Strategically develop and run acquisition and retention marketing programs for cosnova’s shopper segments.
  • Identify and define the most efficient touchpoints and brand messages for cosnova’s shopper segments to increase conversions.
  • Continuously monitor the CRM activities and improve the CRM strategy
  • Develop a strategy to increase the database of high-quality shopper data.

The profile:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent academic qualification
  • 5 years of work experience, ideally in marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, ideally in B2C e-commerce (retailer or manufacturer), and experience in the following areas:
    • Identification and definition of shopper segments
    • Understanding of customer journey and e-shopper behavior
    • Management of a Data Warehouse
    • Effective use of CRM tools
    • Good knowledge of digital marketing activities
  • Experience in the cosmetics industry, especially from a brand’s perspective, is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and conceptual thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proactive, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Team-orientation and openness to changes
  • Good oral and written communication skills, fluent in German and English
