That's why we are doing everything we can to ensure that beauty fans can continue to enjoy a seamless shopping experience in the online shops of our brands essence, CATRICE and L.O.V* #stayhome To make this work, we are in constant contact with our logistics experts and warehouse. Together with our employees and partners, we have taken even stricter hygiene and safety precautions to ensure that the teams on site can work in a protected environment – and that consumers receive their orders safely.

As a company, we consider it our social responsibility in this time of crisis to show solidarity and to contribute to the joint efforts of our society. To this end, in April 2020 cosnova has launched a digital solidarity campaign with its brands essence, CATRICE and L.O.V:

With the hashtag #kisstance, the communities on the respective channels of our brands were called upon to raise awareness for the topic of #socialdistancing. As part of the campaign, cosnova donated the sum of one million € to Doctors without Borders to support their tireless efforts in combating the pandemic.
