Isabelle and Bülent form a strong leadership tandem

Isabelle Tambue and Bülent Özdemir share the position of Global Brand Director and jointly manage the successful cosmetics brand essence as “dual leadership”. The motto of their job-sharing model is: double impact, shared responsibility. Both contribute their individual strengths and benefit from each other's support.

Isabelle is responsible for product development and team management, while Bülent manages all brand communication. Even if there are interfaces, the responsibilities are clearly distributed.
